Urban Abstract

Ellen Yeiser

This one day workshop will focus on the urban abstract.  Whether you’re drawn to the brilliant graffiti on the side of a building, a manhole cover, or even a rusted old car sitting abandoned on the side of the road, the class will help you learn to present these images in the abstract.

Abstract is about seeing what most others don’t and this is what we will be addressing.  You can shoot in macro, regular format, or any format you want for that matter.  We want you to push your creative boundaries and document the unseen in everyday life.

Join us for this exciting one day urban adventure.  It will be on location, though the specific site is as yet undetermined.   We may visit a junkyard, or simply hang out on the streets in Denver in search of subjects to produce that perfect abstract image.
